The American Westinghouse Electric Co., LLC Electric Company declared completion of acquisition of 50% of actions of the Spanish companies Tecnatom which is engaged in nuclear engineering, by purchases the actions which were earlier belonging to Iberdrola and Naturgy Energy Group S. A. Westinghouse declared that acquisition which it was declared in October of last year, improves its strategy of growth and increases its global potential, especially in area of nuclear fuel, engineering and digital services.
