The Supreme Court New York awarded Joint-stock company "BTA bank" 7 billion US dollars on business against Mokhtar Ablyazov

On March 3, 2022 judge the Supreme Vessels New York City Frank P. Nervo passed the decision in favor of Joint-stock company "BTA bank" against Mokhtar Ablyazov for the sum of 7 100 347 862,12 US dollars, with proceeding charge of percent. Besides, court also collected with Mokhtar Ablyazov 505 US dollars as a legal cost, transfers inbusiness.kz with reference to a site of Joint-stock company "BTA bank".
