In Kasimov quickly cancel elections by party lists

On March 2 in Kasimov passed an emergency meeting Kasimovsky City Council on which the decision on purpose of public hearings on amending the city Charter is by a majority vote made. Amendments assume cancellation of elections according to lists in City Council and full transition to majority system, that is all 20 deputies will be chosen on districts.
