The Belarusian security officers detained about 800 people during a referendum about modification of the Constitution

Ministry internal affairs of Republic of Belarus reported that during The All-Russian vote under amendments to the Constitution the republics detained nearly 800 people. According to data Ministry internal affairs of Republic of Belarus, detentions spent citizens because of disorderly conduct during the referendum, defining votes pro and contra of amendments to the Constitution.
