Russians will be able to register own trademarks

Citizens according to the draft of amendments to the Civil code which was approved on January 27 by the government, will acquire the right to register own trademarks. As reported daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya", now legal entities and individual entrepreneurs have such opportunity only. "The document is important first of all for the self-occupied - for them there will be an additional instrument of advance of works, goods and services, but the innovation can be interesting to all people developing a personal brand", - the minister of economic developments Maxime Reshetnikov told.
