Now on the city about 15 thousand neglected animals walk about. At a meeting with the press on January 28 the mayor told about seriously problem which has hung over the city. In the light of recently occurred tragedy in Zabaykalsky Territory where vagrant dogs literally tore the child, it rises even more sharply. In three years inhabitants of our city in municipal services was more than 7,5 thousand demands for catching of dogs are given. It is caught — only 2 thousand.
