Alexander Beglov urged to strengthen fight about a cyber and telephone crime

The governor Alexander Beglov declared it at meeting of board of the Main thing of managements Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation according to Sanktpeterburgu and Leningrad Region.
