The authorities Saint Petersburg allowed a failure of garbage reforms in the city

The governor Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov commented on execution of garbage reforms in the city. He noted existence of problems, however assured that they are solved. Thus the town governor lowered that fact that all responsibility for the events in the sphere of processing of waste in the city lies on it and its team.
