Alexander Bastrykin charged to prepare changes in the law on catching of vagrant dogs

Moscow, on January 23 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation will prepare legislation suggestions for improvement for an exception of cases of death of people from attack of dogs. Such assignment was given by the head of department Alexander Bastrykin, SKR press service transfers.
