Quality of air in Chelyabinsk Region continues to remain low because of windless weather, the correspondent of news agency "Dostup" reports. Experts of local TsGMS informed South Ural residents on adverse meteoconditions (NMU) under which at the level of breath of the person industrial and automobile emissions, still collect on January 19.
