Murmansk. January 21. INTERFAX the NORTHWEST - To Murmansk Region opened for journey of roads, movement on which was limited on Friday because of a blizzard, a strong wind and poor visibility. As reports Ministry of Transport and Road System of the Murmansk region, movement on autoentrances to Ur Lip settlements, Kilpjyavr, on roads Ur Lip - Vidyayevo, Mishukovo - Snezhnogorsk is opened. However restriction for heavy-load transports on roads from Snezhnogorsk in Gadzhiyevo and Mishukovo remains.
