The civic duty of everyone is expressed in coming to the forthcoming referendum and to vote for the world, a consent, safety and the worthy future. Such opinion was expressed by the Minister of Communications and informatizations Konstantin Konstantinovich Shulgan at a meeting with labor collective of production "Informatsionno-raschetny center" to RUP Republican unitary enterprise telecommunication "Beltelekom", reports Belarusian cable agency "Belta" with reference to the Ministry site.
