Dear colleagues! On a good tradition we consider New Year's holidays as a boundary for summing up the lived year and a reference point for new affairs and undertakings. In anticipation of New Year 2017 I want to thank you for good work. Each of you made the contribution to our common cause – legality and law and order strengthening. In spite of the fact that the expiring year was not simple, we managed to solve many difficult and very responsible problems.
