To airlines allowed to transport not imparted citizens in luggage compartments of planes

The association of air carriers achieved permission to transport passengers without existence of QR codes in a luggage compartment of the plane. In the agreement text with MINTRANS it is specified to equip an obligation of airlines since February 1, 2022 standing places in a luggage compartment of the planes with belts of safety.
