Prosecutor's office: term of repeated presentation of the executive document

According to Art. 46 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 2 October 2007 No. 229-FZ "On Executive Production" the executive document according to which collecting was not made or it is made partially, comes back to the execution creditor if the debtor has no property on which collecting can be turned, and all taken by the judicial police officer-performer admissible the law measures for search of such property were ineffectual.
