The vice speaker Parlament RA from the Armenia block, dashnaktsakan Ishkhan Sagatelyan holds such opinion. According to him, ruling force most likely will head communities in Vagharshapat, to Artashatya, Metsamor, Armavir, to Bagramyana, Ashtarak, Martuni, Spitak, Tsaghkadzor, Razdana, Ashotske, Jermuk, Garni, Hui and Pambake.
