On November 30 the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vitaly Kushnarev carried out a personal reception of citizens in Novocherkassk. At a meeting of the parliamentarian with citizens there was a head of administration Novocherkassk Youri Lysenko, his deputy Khmelnitsky Konstantin and heads of structural divisions of municipality.
