The Deputy Prime Minister of Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, supervising Southern Federal District, called a key problem of development Rostov Region. The list of the main regional problems published the May Decree telegram-channel. As it is supposed, issues should be resolved until the end of 2023.
