Alexander Bastrykin charged to submit the cases on accident on "Listvyazhna" to central office of SK

The chairman Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin charged to submit to central office of department two cases on accident on Listvyazhnaya mine. Them will connect in one production. Investigations are conducted on h. 3 Art. 217 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation of requirements of industrial safety the dangerous production objects, entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons), and h. 3 Art. 293 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the negligence which has entailed on imprudence death of two and more persons).
