NAUMEN are carried out by analysis contact centers of the Russian insurers annually since 2015. The call-down of operators of the GRAN outsourcing call-center for the Mistery Calling method forms its basis. In 2021 the staff of companies made 2070 test calls to 69 contact centers of the Russian insurance companies. To each insurer it was executed on 30 calls. At connection with the operator control questions of neutral character were set. The general level of availability of the call-centers was defined as a share of the calls accepted till 90th second.
