The Bryansk OFAS Russian Federation brought to administrative responsibility the advertiser of JSC Dzhonsons%26dzhonsons placed advertizing of medicines from nicotinic dependence in pharmacy network of Bryansk. Advertizing was executed in the form of the medicine model by "Nikorette". In this advertizing it was reported about the FAVOURABLE way to give up smoking with Nikorette's spray. The commission of Bryansk OFAS Russian Federation came to a conclusion about violation of this advertizing of part 7 of article 5 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 March 2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising".
