Governor OF Samara Region Dmitry Azarov specified requirements for points trades which can continue to work in the period of the days off till November 7. Since October 26 in the region the ban on work of shops where goods prime necessity are not on sale works. Many businessmen decided to use cunning, and, having added in the range of shops of a mask and sanitayzer, continued to work indifferently.
