Chapter "Communists of Russia" Party in RT Valiev Alfred suggested to give out a QR code for the first prick of a vaccine

Valiev Alfred, chapter "Communists of Russia" Party in Republic of Tatarstan sent the offer President of the Republic of Tatarstan to Rustam Minnikhanov concerning improvement of system of QR codes about vaccination against Koronavirus. Valiev Alfred notes that analysed addresses which arrive to him from voters, a situation and legal acts, and revealed some inconsistency in prohibitive measures. According to the politician, it turns out that at an existing order of things, the rights of Tatarstaners who gave the first injection of a vaccine from Koronavirus are violated.
