Rent small-sized apartments to Russian Federation in a year rose in price almost for 11%

Moscow, on October 27 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". Rent than studio apartments and small one-room apartments to Russian Federation since October, 2020 became on the average 10,9% more expensive, having reached 13 000 rubles a month. About it reports information agency "ITAR-TASS" with reference to research of a federal portal "World of apartments". For the past year the specified types of removable housing most noticeably rose in price to Sochi (%2B33,3%), Magnitogorsk (%2B32,1%), Ulan-Ude (%2B31,1%), Irkutsk (%2B29%), Kaliningrad (%2B26,2%), Kirov (%2B25,7%), Makhachkala (%2B24%), Cherepovets (%2B23,7%), Kazan (%2B23%) and Murmansk (%2B22,6%).
