Alexander Lukashenko declared it on October 21 at a meeting with expert group on new draft constitution completion, reported in the News program "24 hours" on STV. The president emphasized, the project of changes is urged to consider constructive opinions of Belarusians. The working group faces a little essentially important questions: Vsebelorussky people's assembly and order of its formation, redistribution of powers of authorities.
