To Mari El Republic on October 19 because of imprudence when smoking there were 2 fires, 1 person was lost

The day before, on October 19, to Mari El Republic there were two fires which reason there was an imprudence when smoking, reports regional management to the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The first state of emergency happened in Yoshkar-Ola in the house down the street the World about o'clock in the morning. Vigilant neighbors, despite late night, could feel a smell of a smoke and called firefighters. For elimination of fire 5 employees of rescue and fire fighting division were directed.
