The Minister of Justice Russian Federation Konstantin Chuychenko suggested to refuse paper certificates the REGISTRY OFFICE and to create the register for storage of acts. About it reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". Konstantin Chuychenko during meeting of the president with the government marked out that certificates on state civil registration since January 1 do not need to be provided when receiving state services.
