State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved a ban on automatic write-off of single social benefits for debts

Creditors will not be able automatically to write off means of state support for debts after acceptance by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the relevant law. State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved in the first reading the bill of a ban of write-off of single social benefits on account of repayment of debts. After its final acceptance creditors will not be able to write off debts on consumer credits and to executive documents. The initiative arrived in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in September.
