Sergey Lavrov: prospects of "a Norman format" depend on implementation of the Minsk agreements

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov declared that unwillingness of the western participants of "The Norman four" to continue work without implementation of the Minsk agreements is surprising. About it reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The diplomat reminded that during communication with leaders France and Germany President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin emphasized that before gathering for the new summit, it is necessary to achieve implementation of solutions of the previous.
