International Energy Agency collects offers for study of an experimental legal regime in medicine

In Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation study the experiment project on program creation on the basis of Artificial intelligence which will be able to help doctors at decisions on purpose of treatment to patients. The doctor will receive cars offers on treatment, but the final decision – behind it.
