Beds, swans, fences: in Izhevsk forbade to use old tires for improvement

In Izhevsk at Municipal duma session the decision to refuse use of rubber tires for decoration of the yards is made on September 23. It agrees made to Rules of improvement to changes, now autotires will need to be utilized - they treat waste of the III-IV class of danger and their use for improvement is recognized as the dangerous. Especially as when heating rubber in environment harmful substances are allocated. It is not specified yet, for whose account now residents will have to utilize tires which many years were used at playgrounds, beds, parkings etc...
