The Oryol authorities failed start of a heating season

By the end of September nearly a half of apartment houses is not heated. As of today of only 43% of the Oryol apartment houses received the promised heating. "On committee on Household management company the Oryol City Council discussed start of a heating season. According to information provided by City administration, heat came from 1919 apartment houses only 1100, and these are only 43% of total number.
