September 21. information agency "Interfaks" - Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" developed a preliminary configuration of the III stage of expansion of the Baikal-Amur highway, writes newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to the source familiar with options which are considered by monopoly. One of options assumes additional export of coal from the Elginsky field of 16,6 million tons, project cost - 332,6 billion rubles.
