Moscow, on September 20 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". The deputy chairman of committee of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the VII convocation on safety and to counteraction Anatoly Borisovich Vyborny told corruptions about measures which need to be accepted for strengthening of safety educational institutions Russian Federation from attacks with firing. His words are provided 24-hour city information TV channel "Moskva 24". Anatoly Borisovich Vyborny reminded that in the summer of 2021 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 December 1996 No. 150-FZ "On Weapons" was toughened. In particular, it provides age increase from 18 to 21 year for acquisition of the fire smooth-bore weapon.
