"For rational use of days off": the government approved a calendar of holidays for 2022
The prime minister Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed the resolution on transfer of the days off in 2022. So, the output days off on January 1 and 2 which fall on Saturday and Sunday, are postponed for May 3 (Tuesday) and on May 10 (Tuesday) respectively. In addition non-working Saturday, March 5, is postponed for Monday, March 7. As a result in 2022 Russians will have six festive periods: New Year's vacation, long days off in honor of the International Women's Day, and also days off on the occasion of the Labor Day, the Victory Day, Day of Russia and Unity Day 2016...
