Christina Timanovskaya took off from Tokyo for Austria – mass media

The Belarusian sportswoman Christina Timanovskaya, taking part in the Tokyo Olympic Games and refused to return home, took off from the Japanese capital for Austria, Air Force teleradio corporation reported with reference to the representative of the airport. Before mass media reported that it had to take off for Poland which provided it the humanitarian visa. In interview of the Air Force the Belarusian citizen reported that her refusal to return home is not politically motivated. "I love the country and did not betray it", - she declared.
