"I together with deputy corps share your fears" — chapter Pskov Helena Polonsky at public hearings concerning transfer of baths in concession which pass on July 27 addressed to citizens. The correspondent reports periodical e-edition "Pskovskoe agentstvo informatsii". Chapter Pskov noted that the draft decision on the conclusion of the concession agreement concerning municipal baths provided reconstruction of baths and implementation of their operation within 20 years.
