Unauthorized connection to gas pipelines attracts approach of criminal liability

On August 10, 2018 came into force of change in Art. 215.3 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" by which criminal liability for unauthorized connection to oil and to gas pipelines, oil pipelines, or their reduction is entered into worthlessness. Criminal liability threatens the persons which have been earlier subjected to administrative punishment for similar acts.
