A memorial board to Aleksey Balabanov opened in Nizhny Novgorod

The memorial devoted to the Russian director to Aleksey Balabanov, on building NGLU of N. A. Dobrolyubov solemnly opened on July 22, the press service reports higher education institutions about it. Opening took place within a festival of new Russian cinema "Gorky fest".
