The second foreign language at schools becomes optional to studying

Moscow, on July 22 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". The new federal state educational standards (FSES) fix a non-obligation of studying of the second foreign language in school, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The head Minprosveshcheniya Sergei Kravtsov explained that the decision on introduction of the second obligatory language will be made by school taking into account opinion of parents. Let's remind, past year Minprosveshcheniya refused idea to make obligatory Unified state examination on a foreign language.
