To Russian Federation suggested to raise seven times almost a penalty for phone use at a wheel, reports TV channel "RT". The author of an initiative the head of the movement "For Safety" Dmitry Kurdesov referred to road accidents in Moscow where two children were lost because the 18-year-old driver allegedly distracted on phone and did not notice pedestrians.
