Bridgestone announces expansion of tire plant to Brazil

Company declared Bridgestone intention to invest more than 700 million Brazilian reals (188 million euros) in modernization and expansion of the plant on production tires in Camaçari, Baiya's State of Bahia, Brazil. The investment project – the reply of companies on demand growing in the country for hi-tech tires and premium class tires, and also on significant increase in a share of the Bridgestone market to Brazil and South America, was declared by the producer.
