Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation expanded powers of Fund of protection of participating citizens of share constructions: from now on the organization has the right to raise funds of citizens without opening of escrow accounts. So, the federal fund receives the status of the technical customer to control works of regional funds on completion of unfinished constructions. Thus that the organization will be able to attract money shareholders without eskrou, bank maintenance for an exception of abuses will be obligatory.
