The master plan and Rules of land use and building (PZZ) of the Vladivostok agglomeration which includes Vladivostok, Artemovsky, Nadezhdinsky and Shkotovsky municipal areas, will change again. More than 65 million rubles will pay Omsk institute "Hail" with which officials Primorsky Territory work five years.
