Vladimir Putin signed the law on restrictions for unskilled investors

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the law limiting sales of difficult financial products to inexperienced investors. The document is published on June 11 on an official portal of legal information. According to the law, investors will not be able to buy difficult financial instruments — eternal bonds foreign issuers, foreign subhordes, structural bonds foreign issuers, off-exchange derivative financial instruments — without passing of special testing.
