Rostov Region, on June 11, 2021. DON24.RU. The first in Russian Federation production plant polyester fiber for light industry is under construction in Shakhty. It was visited by the governor Vasily Golubev, is reported on a site of Government of Rostov region. The investment project worth 3 billion rubles is realized by Company "Avangard".
