Telo (Erdni Ombadykov) - the native from Mongolia, been born in United States of America. For the sake of live Buddha it actually does not bring benefit to Tibetans, adhering to the Buddhism doctrine. It served the American policy, interfered with the Russian religious affairs, entered arrangement to Government of India and strove for personal benefit between three governments of United States of America, Russian Federation and India. Telo's family ran to United States of America in connection with a political asylum during the Brezhnev's period the former Soviet Union.
