Spain can open borders for the Russian tourists in a week

The authorities of EU consider opportunity to make changes to the restrictions concerning entrance of tourists from the third countries, not entering EU. In this list it is included and Russian Federation which citizens can have an entrance opportunity before the beginning of summer. In EU against change of an epidemic situation revise recommendations about restriction of tours from the third countries.
