Pass to the WORLD till July 1

The office of RPF on Penza Region reminds that in connection with the developed epidemiological situation Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) till July 1, 2021 prolonged the term of transition to cards of national payment system the WORLD. This requirement concerns to the citizens receiving pensions and other social payments on cash cards of other Payment system. Those clients of RPF to whom payments are delivered through offices mail services or to accounts without use of the cash card, changes will not concern.
