About results of supervising activity behind performance of laws, observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen in 4 months 2021

Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Khabarovsk territory at implementation of supervision of performance of the federal legislation in 4 months 2021 revealed over 16 thousand violations of the law. Most of all violations it is revealed in the sphere of observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen – over 8 600 or 54% of number of all revealed violations. From them: 3 093 – in the sphere of observance of the rights and interests of minors; 1 662 – about the labor law, including 850 – about compensation; 1 416 – about the housing rights of citizens.
